Eimear is an advocate of using and practising mindfulness in our day to day lives as a way of becoming ever more aware of how we can choose the life that brings us joy contentment and excitement.

By being aware of what we are feeling and experiencing – rather than resisting or avoiding it – we are equipped to make decisions to improve our situation.

Eimear regularly teaches mindfulness and meditation in south London and  it is a practise that is integrated across everything she does with clients..
