Eimear has experienced the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation in her own life and loves to share these tools with others to enable them to make choices that bring more joy, ease and contentment to their lives.
By bringing a very particular kind of awareness to what we are feeling and experiencing – rather than resisting or avoiding it – we are equipped to make decisions that get us out of judgement and contraction and into joy and empowerment.
Eimear teaches mindfulness and meditation online and in Dublin and it is a practice that is integrated across all of her work with clients.
